Life coaching, time management and mindfulness aren't three separate things — they work together. This service brings all three into one cohesive experience, giving dancers and young people the tools they need to thrive in every area of life.

Kyrie is a certified Mental Health First Aid practitioner and Danscend Advanced Council member. Her coaching draws on these qualifications alongside 15+ years working with dancers of all ages to deliver real, practical support.

Available for ages 5 and up, individually and in groups, in person or virtually.
