Launching 2026–2027 Season
A competition built for every style.
Specialist judges. Style-specific scoring. A convention built around your craft. Stylized is a new kind of dance competition and convention — where every style gets unique recognition.
The Problem
A competition designed for your style.
Many dance competitions aim to judge every style in the same way, with the same criteria, the same judges, and the same scoring rubric.
Generalized judges scoring every style
A judge who specialises in ballet may not be the right person to evaluate a tap routine. Stylized aims to overcome this challenge by providing specialist judges for each unique style.
One-size-fits-all scoring rubrics
Not every style can or should be scored the same way. Stylized uses criteria designed specifically for each style.
Dancers competing with routines outside their style
When you enter a Stylized competition, you compete within your style — not against dancers from different disciplines.
Levels that don't reflect real skill
At Stylized, levels are determined by your difficulty score — So you always compete on an even playing field based on the skills within your routine.
What Makes Stylized Different
Built differently. On purpose.
Specialist Judges Per Style
Every style at Stylized is evaluated by judges who specialise in that style. Your work is evaluated by experts.
Style-Specific Scoring Criteria
The scoring rubric is built for the style being judged. Example: Tap is scored on technique, performance style, musicality, clarity and difficulty.
Compete Within Your Style
You only compete against other dancers in your style. Every competitor is on a level playing field.
Judge-Determined Levels
Levels are set by your difficulty score — determined by the judges. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced are assigned based on what you perform.
